First of all our initial meeting with you is free; the intention of which is to learn more about you and/or your business, establish our credibility with you and see if there is anything that we can help you with. At that point we will agree a commercial rate with you. We also have some plans but it really depends on the services you will need from us.
Our services are designed for those who need it: individuals, small businesses, churches, companies, etc.
Absolutely. The U-Consults confidential policy strictly forbids any of us to discuss your business with anyone. This also applies to any specialists who are engaged to work in the company. We are very proud that we have never ever had a complaint regarding client confidentiality. If it is necessary to brainstorm with other consultants to gain greater insight to a particular situation or find alternative solutions to a difficult problem, the company name or other identifying information would not be divulged.
Everything we do is tailored to each client’s individual situation. As long as your budget is reasonable, we can work with it. Our focus is on offering great services at great prices.
That sure would make life easier but unfortunately it is difficult if not impossible to do. Because every person, company is different and has different types of problems, so apart from our VA services we have not listed the other prices. But don’t worry we work with a base price that reflects the minimum hourly payment established by your state law.

Yes. We prefer to use a mutual non-disclosure agreement, so our own trade secrets are protected as well.

Our VA FAQ
First, welcome aboard! We will begin locating the best possible VA for you using the information you shared during the signup process about your working style and personal preferences. After we’ve determined who would be the best fit for your needs—we’ll send an email connecting the two of you! We suggest hopping on a quick call soon after. We aim to introduce you to your VA within two business days of signing up.
Each of our plans include a dedicated virtual assistant (VA). You’ll work with your VA on a one-to-one basis, continually submitting tasks directly to this person. Your VA will grow to know you, your work, and your preferences—all while learning to anticipate your needs without you having to repeat yourself.
While each plan offers a different level of service, as a membership subscription our plan hours do not rollover, and your membership fees are not tied to time specifically.
Our VAs works standard business hours, Monday through Friday and are not required or expected to work on weekends or after 6 p.m. You can submit your tasks anytime, day or night, weekday, or weekend. If submitted before/after business hours, your VA will receive the task(s) the following business day to begin working on them. We do want to note that if you send a task minutes before the workday ends, it is unlikely to be completed that same day.
Absolutely. Your VA can coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and manage your Google Calendar with ease. Simply share and grant your VA access to manage your calendar. It’s that simple!
U-Consults observes major U.S. holidays. Your virtual assistant will be offline and spending quality time with family and friends on these occasions during the year.
