About This Service

Language differences should not prevent people from accessing information, conducting business, or communicating effectively.

U-Consults provides translation and interpretation services tailored to the needs of individuals, entrepreneurs, professionals, and organizations.

Our language services focus on four languages: English; Haitian Creole (Kreyòl Ayisyen); French (Français); Spanish (Español). Services may be available in different language combinations depending on the assignment and interpreter or translator availability.

Document Translation: We assist clients who need written documents translated from one language into another. Our services may support personal, educational, administrative, professional, and business-related documents.

Interpretation Services: We provide spoken-language assistance to help people communicate during conversations, meetings, appointments, and other professional interactions. Interpretation may be arranged remotely or in person, depending on the assignment and availability.

Our commitment is to support clear, respectful, and effective communication across languages.

The Process

How It Works

  1. Tell Us What You Need

Contact U-Consults and explain whether you need written translation or spoken interpretation. For translation, describe the document, languages, and deadline. For interpretation, provide the appointment type, language combination, date, time, location or remote format, and estimated duration.

  2. Receive Your Quote

We review your request and confirm the applicable language service, availability, scope, and pricing. For specialized assignments, we also determine whether particular professional qualifications or credentials are required.

  3. We Provide the Language Service

For document translation, the assigned translator works on the approved documents according to the agreed scope. For interpretation, the assigned interpreter provides language assistance during the scheduled appointment or meeting.

  4. Completion and Follow-Up

For translation, we deliver the completed document through the agreed delivery method. For interpretation, we confirm completion of the scheduled assignment. If additional language assistance is required, we can discuss a separate or extended service arrangement.
